Deja Vu!

So this is a long overdue update from right before Christmas! I didn't have time to write by all the pictures, so use your imagination! :)
The night started out with us going to Sister Taylor's wedding! It was SO beautiful! And I LOVED her dress! It was SO beautiful. Anyways, here are a few pictures of the handsome couple dancing!
After the wedding Breana, Michael and I went downtown and went to the Garden for dessert and went to see the lights! Well of course, when we got there I decided I was hungry, and so was everyone else! So we ended up being daring and getting the fried pickles! We figured that we like pickles, and we enjoy fried food, so why not?! They looked really weird but they ended up being really good! Don't judge! It looks greasy, and it was...But come on! You'd try 'em too! :)We decided we would all get a dessert and share! So we got a chocolate cinnamon cake...Cream Brule...And mint brownies with ice cream! SO GOOD!Here we are at the Joseph Smith Building!This is one of my favorite pictures! The lights were so pretty!This picture IS my favorite! I love the way it turned out!
It was a little late by the time we finished with dessert and our pickles so as we were walking around a few of the lights started going off! The lights by the nativity started going out and so we came up with a funny idea for me to jump into the nativity and kneel down next to the lamb and snap a picture! But as soon as I knelt down, Michael decided to be funny and said in his loudest voice, "Excuse me Miss, Miss...Could you please get out of there. Excuse me Miss, Miss you're not supposed to be in there!" EVERYONE was looking at me! It was SO embarrassing! Thanks Michael!So I decided to kneel outside the rope the next time!

So I MADE Michael do something by the nativity! He wasn't so brave...

Workin' Woman Again!

Well, for those of you who haven't heard, I am no longer freaking out over where/how to get a job! I found the most perfect, wonderful, amazing, fun job ever. It is absolutely perfect for me and I am SO excited! (In case you can't tell!) I got a job at Noah's! I know this picture is a little small but it's the best I could do! For those of you who don't know what Noah's is... It is two different buildings (but still expanding) where you can rent out different rooms for different occasions. The "motto" is gather, work, play. You can use it for family parties, work parties, friend get togethers, work meetings, wedding receptions, family reunions, church activities, and so much more. My official job title is Concierge. I think it is a very cool job title. :) But basically I give people tours, and am there to make sure everything runs smoothly during the events! It is so much fun! I haven't worked during a wedding yet but it won't be long! There are two locations, one in Lindon (where i'll mostly be working) and one in South Jordan! This is the South Jordan location! It's off 104th South and on the road to Wal-Mart!Anyways, it is so much fun. I seriously love it. I am so grateful that I was not only able to find a job, but able to find a job that I love, with a stable company, with good pay, and great hours. I work either 7 a.m. to 3:30 or 3 to midnight. At first I thought those hours would suck because I haven't been awake that early since middle school! But I love the hours. It is not that hard to wake up in the morning (except for the fact that it is freezing! But I guess I should be grateful because once I get up, i'm FORCED to wake up!) But I love it because when I get off work I have so much time and I just feel so productive and like I can get so much more done in a day! When I work in the evening it's still nice because I can hang out and get stuff done before work! :) Anyways, it was a very intense interviewing process, they had so many people apply, and I am SO grateful to be able to have this blessing in mine and Michael's life! It always amazes me how even when you are freaking out and wondering how it will work, the Lord provides a way! Anyways, if you haven't seen the building I suggest you stop by and get a tour. This is the main hall at the South Jordan location. It is so elegant and timeless and I am in awe of it everytime I walk in! (Perfect place for a reception!) It doesn't show it in this picture but there are grids on the ceiling and you can decorate them with different fabrics and lights and decorations and things and it can look so beautiful!And this is Room 300. It is also used for receptions, or office meetings and things but it is just gorgeous! You can't tell from the picture but the decor on the walls and just everywhere is AMAZING! Anyways. So I decided I would share in my joy! :)

ALSO, for all of you who are seriously harassing me about updating my blog...I sincerely apologize. It was merely by accident I swear. I was focusing on finding a job, but since that's done I will be able to change my ways! So anyways, I spent a considerable amount of time last night uploading our pictures onto the laptop, and for some reason the internet isn't working. So I am forced to wait...and use pictures off the internet! (Hey, it's better than nothing!) But I hope that everyone is doing well and having a great week! Catching Up!

Well ALOT has gone on since I have blogged last and alot has happen that I have not blogged! So here I am repenting and trying to change my ways, so here is what you've missed!...

This is Michael and I on the way to Dallin & Britt's wedding! Oh boy, that morning was SO crazy! I couldn't find my temple recommend so we were calling the bishop all morning and then it turned out our old bishop hadn't sent our records over yet. Anyways, it was complicated! So that explains why my hair looks like that! :)

So you must be wondering what the heck this picture is!!! :) This is my introduction picture to HALLOWEEN! This would be Jordan's costume! Unfortunately, he got too afraid so no one else saw it! Thank heavens for cameras! :) Anyways, but Halloween was really fun this year! Michael and I threw our First Annual Halloween Party! And a costume was required! We had so much fun planning it...(ok I did, but Michael enjoyed hearing about the plans!) And setting it up and seeing it all come together was so fun! I thought it turned out pretty well for our first Halloween Party!Here are some pictures of the big event!

Michael and I were Fred and Wilma Flinstone this year! It was SO much fun! I decided to make our costumes to save on money! But unfortunately I am not that good at figuring out how much fabric is needed so it ended up costing more than I expected...but the good news is if anyone needs some orange fabric, I am here for ya! :) It actually was a fun experience to try to work on my sewing skills!
My Little Cave Man! We dyed his hair back and then I went downstairs and I came back and THIS happened! He said it looked weird without his eyebrows dyed...you be the judge! :)

Cody and Lindsay brought stuff to make Homemade Rootbeer! YUM! It was sooo good! And we had alot of fun playing with the dry ice! :) Ha ha.

This is our little island in our old kitchen! The bowl behind the rootbeer is punch Michael and I made! It was red and I got this cute idea on kraftfoods.com (love that website!) to do a jello hand in the punch! So we did a green hand so it would stand out!...Unfortunately, it did not work as planned. You couldn't really see the hand because the punch was too dark! Oh well. We'll know for next time! Other great news. See that ping pong table in the back! Well it was Michael's aunt and uncles but they did not want to come get it so when we moved we got to take it with us! Unfortunately, we probably won't be able to use it for years since we'll be living in apartments! And we're definitely not doing Michael's idea and using it for the kitchen table!
I made homemade Chili and (boxed) cornbread and we had lil' smokies!!! I love lil' smokies! I had never made them before but they were a big hit!
I am really proud of this! It' mint brownies! Michael and I made it together! :) He did the weird looking one on the left! :) But we were laughing so hard while we were decorating it! Plus they were yummy!
This is the treat table! I made (my favorite) rice krispie treats with mint chips!...try it. It's really good! And Britt Griffin the 1st brought that cake looking thing. It was really really good! Everyone loved it...I can't remember if it was spice of pumpkin but it was tasty!...Dangit. Now I want to eat some!
Preston and Tiana! (They are engaged!) I am pretty sure that was decided at our party! :) Ha ha. But Preston was "Tiana's Worst Nightmare" And he wore everything that Tiana hates! (i.e. jean shorts, socks with sandals, a puka shell necklace, a body armor shirt, and a jean shirt!) Ha ha. I thought that was really creative! And Tiana was Audrey Hepburn (is that how you spell that?)
An upclose of Michael and I! Michael made his club all by himself! He started making it in the morning out of a wrapping paper roll and paper machee' (I have no idea how to spell that!) But it wasn't drying quick enough so he stuck it in our OVEN! I thought for sure the house was going to burn down! I have to say thank you to Jordan who helped me spray paint my hair!...the next day it was a little redish but luckily it came out! Can you imagine if it didn't?!
Michael made my necklace for me while I did my makeup! He did a really good job!

Breana, myself, and Amanda. Breana was a cowgirl, because she bought boots to be one last year and hasn't worn them since! :) And Amanda was a fairy or a butterfly or something but at this point she had taken her wings off! :)
I HAD to put this picture on! When we went to Sunday dinner Michael's sister had let her kids wear their Halloween Costumes again so everyone could see them! This is our little niece Juliette! She was a ladybug! SO CUTE!

So Anyways, that is ALOT of what has been going on! I still have alot more but a girl can only spend so much time on the internet! But, I would like to say that everyone has been giving me alot of grief for not updating my blog for so long! But the last 6,239 times I have been on NO ONE has updated theirs! Come on now!

1. Where did you meet? EFY. :)
2. How long did you date before you got married? Umm. We were friends for 2 1/2 months before we started dating and we got married about a year after we started dating!
3. How long have you been married? 3 Months! Michael rememebered, not me!
4. What does he do that surprises you? He is ALWAYS getting me flowers! It is so adoreable. And he always does it so I come home and they are waiting for me! Also, I have never met someone as hard working as him! He cannot just sit, he is always thinking about what he has to get done. He CANNOT relax until all the work is done.
5. What is your favorite feature of his? I really love his eyes, and his muscles. He's got a nice stomach and really nice arms. I like it all! :)
6. Does he have an annoying habit? When he talks on the phone to other people he talks SO loud. It is so obnoxious when we are in stores or something because everyone looks over to see the weirdo talking on his phone so loud. :)
7. What is your favorite quality of his? He is so cuddly! I just love it. Also, he is very giving. Whenever I do something nice for him he always wants to do something nice for me! That just makes me want to do something else nice back!
8. Does he have a nickname for you? Keeper, Toots, Spring Chicken, Love. I can't think of the rest but he has alot. Mostly Keeper though!
9. What is his favorite color? Um he likes wearing white, black, and blue. I think his favorite is black because he ALWAYS sees a car and says that would look so good in black!
10. What is his favorite food? I couldn't tell you. I am going to go ahead and say anything my dad makes. I have never seen anyone get so excited over food before but without fail, everytime he is excited when we are going to my parents house and my dad is cooking. Also, he likes EVERYTHING except mushrooms.
11. What is his favorite sport? Baseball, and wrestling. He wants our little boys to wrestle. I am still deciding. He also likes Volleyball, and Basketball. He's not a big football guy though.
12. When and where was your first kiss? I want to say August 18th? It was the night of our first date and we had just been friends up to that point so I thought we were on a "friend" date. Anyways, we both think that it is a bigger commitment to hold someones hand than it is to kiss and we had talked about it alot, so when he held my hand at dinner I was so shocked! (He was so scared because I got this weird look on my face and he thought I didn't even like him!) Anyways, so on the way home we were talking about how we had both liked each other and then we went to his parents house and they had this amazing view over the valley and we were just sitting in the back yard alone cuddling and then he went in! It was so perfect. I got the most amazing butterflies in the world!
13. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? We are always just sitting on the couch talking or cuddling. We LOVE to cuddle but we can really have the longest conversation together talking about the most random things and just laughing our heads off! We also like to watch Friends together! Michael laughs so hard. And we love going out on dates together!
14. Do you have any children? No, nor will we anytime soon. :)
15. Does he have a hidden talent? Um, he does a really good cow impersonation! Ha ha. I'm not joking. Anyone in my family could tell you, it sounds so real. He is also a really good singer!
16. How old is he? 24!
17. Who said "I love you" first? He did! He surprised me and took me to Ensign peak! I was in a skirt and heels and he brought me some sweats and tennis shoes and socks! He told me at the top of the mountain! It was adoreable.
18. What is his favorite type of music? Oh gosh. He LOVES twangy country. Like all of the George Strait, Alan Jackson, stuff. Good stuff. But it gets old! :)
19. What do you admire most about him? He is just so giving and will do anything for anyone even if it's not convenient. He tries so hard to be a good husband and totally exceeds my expectations. I have honestly never met anyone like him, he's amazing!
20. Do you think he will read this? Not unless I pull it up and put it in front of him! :)

Colorado!

This is long. If it bores you skip to my cookie cutter picture!!! :) Oh boy. So quick Overview for those of you who don't know...Michael and I are currently (until Wednesday) living in Colorado. He works out here for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and since i'm not working anymore (if you don't know this story...it's a long one, you'll have to wait for it some other time!) I am going to be coming out with him. We live next to a little Bed and Breakfast in Grand Junction. We live above the 3 car garage that is a few feet away from the house. It's got a full kitchen. A full bath (including a jetted tub! And the jets actually work!) two beds and a sitting area. It works out just perfect for us. Anyways, we came out here last Tuesday and we were trying to find a place to live and we finally found this place and moved in Wednesday! It is absolutely perfect. So anyways, Thursday morning after Michael leaves I am sitting in front of this little gas thing that has fire in it. It's not a fire place though. I don't know the name of it and all the sudden I got SO sick. It was SO annoying to be out here and get sick and have to try and figure out everything with the insurance and where I could go! Anyways, long story short turned out I had a bladder infection (painful). So on Wednesday I got to come back to Utah and go with my sister and two sister in laws to the Carrie Underwood concert. It was SO amazing! Well on Thursday I was getting ready to come back to Colorado and felt really sick and so I went to my family dr. and turns out the antibiotic I had been using wasn't working because my bacteria was immune to it somehow. So I got different pills and I FINALLY got to talk to him about my chronic fatigue which turned out really good! He said he thought it would be really good for me to get a job in January! Yay! So keep your eyes peeled or let me know of any really good jobs you know of or used to do or something. Anyways, I keep getting off subject. Basically what I wanted to write about was my adventures TODAY, being back in Colorado. I had kind of gotten down from being sick out here all by myself and was kind of not really motivated but I was talking to Britt (Joseph's) about what she would do while Joseph was selling and she gave me some really good ideas! One of the things I thought was a really good idea was to make a list of what I wanted to get done so I was actually working toward something and not just dinking around. So I made my list and I woke up so motivated and energized this morning! The #1 thing on my list to get done is to go to the gym! Michael and I just joined at Gold's before we left and so I was so excited to hear that there is one out here! So I woke up this morning and ate 3 eggs for breakfast (gotta get that protein!) and did a few things around the house and figured out what to wear to the gym (I didn't really come prepared so I had to make do with what I have!) and ate some tuna and a pickle (They are SO good!) for lunch. Anyways, i'm getting ready to walk out the door and all of the sudden I am just not feeling so good. I lay down and after a while I am feeling better so I get up and get the directions for how to get to the gym off the internet and by the time I get that all figured out I am feeling sick again. This time when I layed down my head was spinning (ya know, like after you've been to an amusement park and your body thinks it's still on rides) So before I know it I am super nauscious and dry heaving like no other. Basically long story shortER (Sorry I know this is long) I DID NOT make it to the gym! I am SO disappointed! At this point I sort of hate my body! If anyone wants to trade I would be more than willing!!! So I will go to sleep and hope that I will wake up feeling much better and get my list done for tomorrow! I already picked out my cookie cutters and everything!!! (They're cool huh!!!)

So anyways, I have a ton of pictures to put on here and alot to catch you up on so I will try to get on tomorrow and get that whole business figured out but I just wanted to get on and update for today!!! (If anyone can tell me how to add the list of friends that is normally like how everyone else has it that would be great! I don't know why my list is on the top left!!! Help!)

Also, I am SO excited for Thanksgiving!!! Whoot Whoot!
